RS365 is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you hold over your data as a user of the rs365 platform.
These cards summarise key principles. They do not replace the full policy text below — please read the complete document for the binding terms.
All personal information collected by RS365 is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel and systems only.
RS365 does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data RS365 holds about you. Submit a request via our support team at any time.
Identity documents you submit during verification (CNIC, passport, address proof) are used solely for verification and compliance. They are not shared with advertisers.
RS365 uses cookies and similar technologies for platform functionality, security and analytics. Cookie usage is described in full in Section 8 of this policy.
We do not hold your data indefinitely. Retention periods are defined by our licensing obligations and described in Section 9. Data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how RS365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores and protects the personal data of individuals who register for and use the rs365 online sports betting and casino platform, including all related website pages and services accessible via the rs365 domain.
By registering an account on RS365, depositing funds, placing any wager or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not consent to this Policy, you must not use the platform.
RS365 is committed to handling your data responsibly, transparently and in a manner consistent with applicable data-protection principles. This Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated. The current effective date is displayed in the page header.
The following terms, when used in this Policy, have the meanings set out below:
RS365 collects personal data through several channels depending on how you interact with the platform. The categories of data we collect include the following:
When you create an RS365 account, we collect: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — province and postal code), email address, phone number and chosen account currency (e.g., PKR).
To satisfy licensing obligations and prevent fraud, we collect copies of government-issued identity documents such as your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence, as well as proof of address documents and, where required, proof of payment method. These documents contain sensitive personal data and are handled with heightened security controls.
We collect records of your deposits, withdrawals, transaction values in PKR and other applicable currencies, and the payment channels used (e.g., bank transfer references for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet transaction references for Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast). RS365 does not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own security standards.
We record your betting history, game sessions, wagers placed, outcomes, bonus usage and responsible-gambling tool settings (such as deposit limits and self-exclusion status). This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and responsible-gambling monitoring.
When you access RS365, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, pages visited, session duration and error logs. This data is used for platform security, fraud prevention and performance optimisation.
If you contact our support team — whether via live chat, email or any other channel — we retain records of the communication, including the subject matter, timestamps and any personal data you include in your messages.
RS365 processes your personal data on the following lawful bases:
| Basis | Examples of Processing Activities |
|---|---|
| Contractual Necessity | Account creation, processing deposits and withdrawals, settling bets, applying bonus terms |
| Legal Obligation | KYC identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, responsible-gambling monitoring, record retention for regulatory audit |
| Legitimate Interests | Platform security, fraud detection, technical performance monitoring, customer support quality |
| Consent | Marketing emails and promotional communications (where consent has been explicitly given and may be withdrawn at any time) |
RS365 uses your personal data strictly for the purposes described below. We do not use your data in ways that are incompatible with the original purpose of collection:
RS365 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
We engage third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf, including KYC and identity verification partners, payment processing providers, fraud detection services, cloud hosting providers and customer support technology platforms. All data processors are bound by written data-processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the services they provide to RS365.
RS365 may be required to disclose personal data to the platform's licensing authority, financial intelligence units or law enforcement agencies where legally required. Such disclosures are made only to the extent required by applicable law and are documented internally.
Transaction data is necessarily shared with payment infrastructure providers to execute deposits and withdrawals. References to payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are for contextual reference only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with RS365's gambling operations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of the RS365 business, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change in controller via the email address on your account.
RS365 operates under international licensing and may process or store your personal data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred to jurisdictions that do not have data-protection laws equivalent to those of the European Economic Area or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, RS365 relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or equivalent mechanisms to protect the data during transfer.
By using the RS365 platform, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. RS365 takes reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted securely and in accordance with the principles described in this Policy.
RS365 uses cookies, web beacons and similar tracking technologies to operate, secure and improve the platform. The following table describes the categories of cookies we use:
| Category | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Session management, login state, security tokens, fraud detection | Necessary for the platform to function; cannot be disabled | |
| Language preferences, odds format selection, responsible-gambling tool settings | Legitimate interest in platform personalisation | |
| Aggregated usage data — page views, navigation paths, session duration — used to improve platform performance | Consent (where required by applicable law) |
Most web browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in to or fully using the RS365 platform. Disabling analytical cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform but will limit our ability to improve it.
RS365 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable licensing obligations or law. General retention principles are as follows:
Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is either securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.
RS365 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include:
Users also bear responsibility for account security. You must keep your login credentials confidential, use a strong unique password for your RS365 account and activate two-factor authentication where available. RS365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication.
Subject to applicable law and our licensing obligations, you hold the following rights in relation to the personal data RS365 processes about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
You may request a copy of the personal data RS365 holds about you. We will provide this within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification. Certain categories of data (e.g., security log details) may be redacted where disclosure would compromise security.
If the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct or update it. Some corrections — such as name changes — may require supporting documentation before they can be applied.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This right is subject to our legal obligations — where retention is required by our licensing authority, we cannot delete data ahead of the mandated retention period.
In certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested — you may request that we restrict active processing of your data without deleting it.
Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract, you may request a copy of the personal data you provided to RS365 in a structured, machine-readable format.
Where RS365 processes your data on the basis of consent — for example, for marketing emails — you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
RS365 will respond to all rights requests within a reasonable period. Where a request is complex or we receive a high volume, this period may be extended with prior notice. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
RS365 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use the platform is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. RS365 conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process and will not permit underage individuals to hold active accounts.
If RS365 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the required minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended, the data reviewed and appropriate action taken in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Any real-money balance will be handled in accordance with the platform's Terms & Conditions.
Being 18 years of age does not make gambling automatically lawful in Pakistan. Users remain responsible for their own compliance with local law.
The RS365 platform may incorporate functionality provided by third-party service providers — including game studios, live dealer streaming providers, analytics tools and payment infrastructure partners. These third parties operate their own privacy policies, which govern their respective processing activities.
RS365 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game studios, live dealer providers or payment infrastructure operators. Where your data is processed by these parties, it is done so in their capacity as data processors under contractual obligations to RS365, or as independent data controllers subject to their own applicable policies.
RS365 does not include third-party tracking scripts for advertising networks on this platform. Any analytics data collected is used solely for internal platform improvement purposes.
RS365 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data-processing activities, licensing obligations, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file, or via an in-platform notification, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Continued use of the RS365 platform following the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an updated Policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
The current effective date of this Policy is shown in the page header. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of how their data is handled.

All privacy-related enquiries and data rights requests are reviewed by our support team. Where a request requires specialist data-protection expertise, it will be escalated internally.
